3. Prohibited Activities and User Conduct

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SVNDYS, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 8.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Haryana.
